We take your safety and ours very seriously and while we can’t completely eliminate the risk of COVID-19 on our premises we have taken the following precautions to reduce the risk as much as possible.

  • We will be limiting the number of people in the clinic. This means unfortunately you won’t be able to bring a friend or family member with you (unless for good reason and by prior arrangement).

  • Hand sanitizer is available in our waiting room, our treatment room and the toilet.

  • We already implement strict hygiene and cleaning measures but we will be undertaking 30 minutes of deep cleaning of close-contact surfaces between every appointment.

  • Due to the deep cleaning between appointments there will be no back-to-back appointments. This reduces the number of available appointment slots so please be patient with us as we try to fit you in.

  • Our therapists will be wearing PPE including visors and aprons. We will not be able to wear gloves.

  • We will provide a facemask for you to wear during your treatment if you require one.

  • All staff have taken a training course in preventing spread of COVID-19.

  • There will be no treatments that involve the therapist’s face being close to yours (e.g. treatments with you on your back involving the shoulders or upper body).

What we ask of you.

  • Do not attend your appointment if you suffer from any symptoms of COVID-19 or if you live with anyone that does. If you have had COVID-19 you need to be free of symptoms for at least 14 days before attending.

  • Booking will only be taken in advance using our online booking system or by messaging us. Please do not come into the clinic to book an appointment.

  • Treatments will be appointment only. Please don’t come in to the clinic on the off chance that we might be available.

  • Please don’t arrive more than 5 minutes early for your appointment.

  • Please don’t bring any friends or family members with you to your appointment. If you require a chaperone for any reason then this will be fine but you must let us know on booking that you’ll be bringing someone. Please keep this to someone within your own household.

  • Wash/sanitize your hands on arrival and on leaving the clinic using the hand sanitizer provided.

  • Please bring your own water bottle and water if you need it. We will not be providing water except in an emergency.

  • Put all of your personal belongings in the box provided. This will be cleaned before and after your appointment. Please do not put any of your belongings anywhere else in the clinic.

  • Please pay by bank transfer or by contactless card payment if possible.

We take your safety and ours very seriously and while we can’t completely eliminate the risk of COVID-19, we have taken the following precautions to reduce the risk as much as possible.

  • For the most part, PT and 1:1 Pilates will still be conducted remotely using ZOOM.

For those who do want to train in person:

  • The training session MUST NOT go ahead if you are suffering from COVID-19 symptoms. Please let me know as soon as possible if this is the case.

  • For those of you with outside space, we’ll train outside, maintaining a 2m social distance.

  • If training outside isn’t an option then we can train inside, maintaining appropriate social distance.

  • Hand Sanitiser will be used before and after your session – please do the same – if you don’t have any, just ask to use ours.

  • There will be NO EXCHANGE of equipment, you will use your equipment and I will use mine (which will be cleaned before and after your session with anti-microbial wipes).

  • I will not physically adjust your positioning, and will provide verbal instructions and feedback instead.

  • I have completed a preventing COVID-19 online course.

  • I’ll bring my own water – there’s no need to offer me a drink.

  • You will not be expected to wear a face covering when you’re training.
