If you want to get fit but you’re struggling to find the time or the gym isn’t your thing then you’ve come to the right place. I offer mobile personal training so that I can come to you at a time that suits you, with all of the equipment you’ll need!
I offer personal training sessions at £30 an hour, but if you have a specific goal in mind or you want to see results I highly recommend that you book a block of PT sessions.
I offer block booking discounts.
If you book a block of 5 sessions then the price is £142.50 (Saving you 5%)
If you block book 10 sessions then the price is £270 (Saving you 10%)
If you block book then you’ll also be given a programme of exercises to do in between sessions.
I offer body composition and food diary analysis and can provide advice on what you can do to improve your diet to achieve your goals.
A 30 minute appointment would involve being weighed and a body composition analysis as well as at least 2 circumference measurements, more if you prefer.
You’d need bring a food diary with you. Just make a note of what you eat, at what times and the amount for 3 days including one day at the weekend. Don’t change your eating habits! the more accurate the diary is the more useful it will be. Please provide as much detail as you can so that I’ll be able to analyse your diary in more detail and offer you more specific advice.
When you’ve been to see me, I’ll analyse the results and email them to you along with specific advice based on your circumstances and dietary needs.
